  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or exchange for damaged or missing items, customers must record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed courier package. If the product is damaged during transit, this video will serve as proof for a full refund or replacement.

  • Non-Refundable Cases: * Refunds will not be provided if a customer simply "changes their mind" or "dislikes" the product after receiving a perfectly fine item.
